From experience, sometimes a ponytail isn't the best because it gets in the way while doing the relaxation.

If you are talented enough to do it yourself or can get someone else to do it for you, try doing two french braids in your hair.

Maybe a low side ponytail would work too.

Yoga is not exactly banned la. Only those with Hindu mantra and chantings is banned. Pls also be clear that the ban is only applicable to Muslims, but I read in Sabah newspaper that a Catholic priest said even Christians should refrain themselves from yoga.

BTW, the fatwa by the National Fatwa Council is not actually gazetted as it has no power to do so. Only the respective states' fatwa councils has the authority to do so and while I'm yet to hear any council come out with a decision, most of them seems to take only yoga with Hindu elements are forbidden for Muslims.

Okay…my real answer to your question is…hmmm… idk, they look the same.

It sounds like you may be squeezing TOO hard. Try not squeezing quite so hard, and find other ways to engage the muscles without so much pressure on your eyes.
You may be bursting blood vessels, which is what causes the redness. It is not something to be too alarmed about, but definitely you should find a way to modify what you are doing.

that's the silliest excuse not to run I've heard yet. Running tones your body. IF your face sags it's genetic not due to running!

I have two parents in their 60's and they're fabulous looking! Been running since their thirties (which is when I started).

Yes I believe that it can treat wrinkles. There was a time when I did exercises at our club. At the end of each cession the instructor asked us to do a few expressions with our faces. They are exaggerated expressions that are supposed to help reduce wrinkles. Recently the Arabic website described some of these expressions and claimed the same effect that is to say to reduce wrinkles. One of these expressions is to bring the tongue out to the fullest and open the mouth also to the fullest. Another one is to open one eye with the help of two fingers one above the eye and the other under the eye, at the same time you pull the outer corner of the same eye with a finger of the other hand.
